Box Office
The Box Office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (CT) and two hours prior to show time.
Payment Methods
Cash and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted at The Buddy Holly Hall Box Office. Please note, personal checks are not accepted.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at https://www.buddyhollyhall.com, at (806) 79-BUDDY (792-8339) and in person at the Box Office, located at 1300 Mac Davis Lane, Lubbock, TX 79401.

Etix
Online orders are processed by Etix, the venue’s authorized ticket provider. Service and delivery charges per order will apply.
All guests of The Buddy Holly Hall, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission, including children and infants carried in arms. Strollers are not allowed in the building. Note that most ticketed events at The Buddy Holly Hall are not appropriate for preschool-age children. Please check individual show descriptions online or call the Box Office for more information.
Lost Tickets
The Box Office will reprint a lost ticket for a $1.00 service fee.

Will Call
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Will Call desk at the Box Office the day of the event, one hour prior to showtime. Ticket purchasers must present a photo ID, the confirmation number and the actual credit card used to place the order when picking up tickets.
Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled and rescheduled, ticketholders will receive the new performance information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a performance is cancelled and is not re-scheduled, The Buddy Holly Hall will issue a full refund.
Ticket Scalpers/Brokers
Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents by The Buddy Holly Hall. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through etix authorized outlets only.
